    If only things were that easy. You would think though that someone would have already come up with something like this. This is a good way to get people active, 25 million is alot of money.

    It will be interesting to see if a great new idea comes out of this contest. It has some very big minds and wallets, supporting and judging it. I think its a great idea.

    The Canadian Government should give the contest a go. This seems as though it's more of a $25 million dollar advertising campaign with good intention - fine by me.
    The last self-promotion using the enviornment, I think, was when Prince Charles cancelled his annual ski-trip to Switzerland to avoid aviation pollution. I wonder if the lack of snow in Europe had anything to do with it..

    Money is a great incentive. People who might not care about the environment or the future will respond to a price tag.
